To enter, complete an official entry form or, on a plain 3" by 5" piece of paper, hand print your name, address, zip code and phone number. You must include the name of your servicing AUTO VALUE/BUMPER TO BUMPER store.

All entries must be received on or before December 31, 2004. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, ILLEGIBLE, incomplete, incorrect, late, or postage due entries. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned.
GRAND PRIZE: Kawasaki Motorcycle (2) to be given away among participating stores.

All prizewinners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 7, 2005 from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning each drawing are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone or mail. Limit one prize per family or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash payouts are allowed. In the event of the unavailability of any prize, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Sponsors, they're respective stores, affiliates and agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Taxes, if any, are the
responsibility of the individual winners. Winners will be required to verify address and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

employees of Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper and it's respective stores, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
