- Shipping
charges are added to each order to reflect the
actual costs of transportation. These charges may include
special handling fees, such as rural or residential
delivery

oversize charges. A $3.00 handling fee will be added
for orders less than $30.00. Free shipping on orders
of $300.00
or more.

of the products we sell. USA PowerSports has no warranty
of any
kind, neither implied nor expressed on any product. All
parts are produced by aftermarket manufacturers and are not
represented
as original equipment. USA PowerSports is not liable for
injury or damage caused by defects in material and workmanship.
Pricing

Returns
- USA PowerSports will not accept returns
within 10 days of invoice date. After 10 days of invoice date,
return
is subjected
to
a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns must be in new, unused
condition.
- No returns on electrical parts.
- Ship returns
are pre-paid.
No
CODs accepted.
- Copy of original invoice must
be included with return along with the reason for return.
